    LAWRENCE F. RICHARD
    Lawrence F. Richard, 1008 W. 26th St., Minneapolis, died Thursday night in the Masonic Memorial Hospital, Minneapolis. He was born in Little Falls, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dominick Richard, grew up here, and for many years was head custodian of the Little Falls public schools. Since going to Minneapolis about 15 years ago he had been employed by the Minneapolis Tribune.

    Surviving him are his widow, Ann; a son Gerald, Santa Barbara, Calif., a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Louise) Tedford, Minneapolis; seven grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: Arthur, Cheyenne, Wyo.; Marcel, Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. A. F. (Corinne) Adelmann, Robinsdale; Mrs. Ray (Eva) Sobiech, Bolus; and Mrs. Jerome (Marguerite) Merchlewicz, Little Falls.

    Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday in the Basilica, Minneapolis, and the burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Little Falls, that afternoon. Reviewal and Rosary, Sunday, will be in the Flynn and Son Funeral Home, 3541 Lyndale Ave. S., Minneapolis.

    MARGUERITE MERCHLEWICZ

    Mrs. Jerome (Marguerite L.) Merchlewicz, 63, of 905 Mississippi Blvd., Little Falls, died Thursday at St. Cloud Hospital.

    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Holy Family Catholic Church, Belle Prairie, with the Rev. Harold Kost officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

    Visitation in the Simonet Funeral Home in Little Falls will begin at 5 p.m. today, where St. Ann's Christian Mothers Prayer Service will be recited at 7:30 p.m., and the Parish Prayer Service will be at 8:15 p.m.

    Mrs. Merchlewicz was born April 9, 1915 in Little Falls, daughter of Julian Dominic and Marie Louise Richard. She was a lifelong resident of Little Falls. She was a member of St. Ann's Christian Mothers Society of Holy Family Parish, of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary.

    Survivors include her husband, Jerome; brothers, Arthur Richard of Tucson, Ariz., and Marcel Richard of Phoenix, Ariz.; and sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Eva) Sobiech of Bowlus and Mrs. Corinne Adelmann of Robbinsdale.

    A brother, Lawrence Richard preceded her in death.
