Obituary of Stephen M. Odysseus III

Stephen Mark "Sonny" Odysseus III, 40, of Fort Mill, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019.

Stephen was born July 18, 1978 in Salt Lake City, Utah to the late Stephen Odysseus Jr. and Susan Harrell Odysseus.

Stephen was a loving husband, father, son and brother. He enjoyed spending time with his girls, especially watching movies and swimming. Stephen was very good at woodworking and fixing things around the house. He liked all types of music, especially Pink Floyd. Stephen loved anything about space and physics. He will be forever loved and dearly missed.

In addition to his mother, Stephen is survived by his loving wife, Katy Stegall; their daughter, Sophie; and his step-son, Bryson. Stephen also leaves behind daughters, Alex, Abby and Avery Odysseus of Charlotte; and sister, Stephanie Odysseus, of Harrisburg.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm, Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg. The memorial service will follow at 3:30 pm on Sunday in the funeral home chapel. Stephen will be laid to rest alongside his father in The Cathedral Church of St. Mark, Salt Lake City, Utah.
